Success & Stress

Ah yes, you are a woman. On any given day you are juggling the demands of your career, your responsibilities to family and friends, some kind of care taking (hopefully starting with yourself first and foremost), your commitments to your dreams and ambition, meeting the demands of your colleagues/bosses/clients, financial planning, a role in the community you belong to, healthful eating, exfoliation, detoxification, the list could go on and on... and it does sometimes cause a great degree of overwhelm and low-level stress. Obviously this has many health impacts from severe menstrual cramps to insomnia to libido issues. When stress becomes chronic, and we are aware that we are no longer functioning at the top of our game, sometimes we just want a quick fix. But there are simple solutions. Why stress internal organs any more with medications when you could do something less invasive?
Enough with this stress management bullshit. You're a powerful woman and you want a lot out of life. We think that's good. What isn't good is when your vision of success includes struggle, anxiety and stress. Consider the following if you find yourself on overdrive:

Remedy #1 - reframe your vision of success. Reenvision it to be something you can achieve with ease and grace. Visualize it, write about it, draw, paint, or sing about it. Let this new definition come to life.
