magical creative expressive

I saw my boyfriend perform in a play last night and here’s why I’m inspired:
  1. He was awesome. (It was my first time seeing him perform and he more than impressed me)
  2. It reminded me why art and emotional expression are so essential for us as people, and why I’ve been so drawn to my own artistic and creative outlets lately.

Let me explain that second point a bit more:

Even just watching these 6 characters fully immerse themselves into the wide range of characters each of them played, fully being in their bodies and voices, I also had an emotional experience. It completely transformed my mood from being (pre-menstrually-induced) pissed off and seeing life through the “everything sucks” lens, into the feisty, passionate, excited-about-life woman which is much more fun to be - for me and others around me ;)

It left me sitting here with these questions:

  • How can we learn, on a regular basis, to channel our emotions in a healing way during all phases of our cycle?
  • Even if we all don’t necessarily want to be on stage, how can we use our natural human capacities of creativity and expression to effect change within ourselves and for others?

These are questions I’ve been thinking about deeply for a long time now and I’m so excited to start exploring with YOU.

How so?

Read more here about the new program I’m offering this summer.

Let’s create together.

As always, supporting your magically expressive self,
Jess
